Supporting Traditional African Mediators Project

Categories

  • Round Table Discussion
In collaboration with Women’s Health West and Relationships Australia, we held several round table discussions with a group of African elders and leaders from the horn of Africa to discuss the family law system in Australia and ways of resolving family disputes. The discussions led to a series of training sessions in community leadership, conflict resolution skills and increased understanding of recognising and responding to family violence.
